Looking to the Future, and the status of the Game


I've been working on the sorting method, to allow tiles to be in front or behind the player, based on y position.

I've been working toward adding 8 total new maps, to the game.

I've found a new team member, an author, and have asked her for help with the game's writing.


What to look forward to:

1: Quest log, in the character sheet display.

2: Major Quest: Find out how you came to be.

3: Minor Quest: Collect Pelts for the Hermit.

We needed to adress something that is pressing, time management.

Some days took upwards of 2-4 hours of development time, away from life, and however fast this is, it means that 4 hours of my life, devoted to living, was spent on the game.

I have decided to set aside mondays and maybe one extra day of each week, to the project.

There were several other feature updates to keep an eye out, for the coming updates.

In the last update I've added:

1: 4 directional character sheet

2: 4 idle animations

3: 1 walking animation

We close to it, soon, to add the tiny village to the north, and/or south, and I've begun trying to source image references for the buildings.
